Meta Connect 2026 was a virtual reality and artificial intelligence event held on September 23–24, 2026. Led by CEO Mark Zuckerberg, the event showcased major hardware and AI updates, including the Meta VR Glasses.
The event also highlighted updates to Muse, an AI agent now integrated into a vastly expanded lineup of smart and audio glasses. Together, these devices represent the next generation of personal computing for everyone.
This year, the Creative X team had the opportunity to design the overarching visual identity for Meta Connect 2026.
We partnered with the agency FutureDeluxe to build the identity around a single form: the Möbius. Rather than treating it as one fixed asset, we developed it as a family of textured expressions, each rendered in a distinct material. Chrome led the system, followed by Moss, Glass, Wood, Water, and Neural Band.
The result was a flexible visual language for the event. One recognizable form, expressed through a range of materials, giving the identity variety across touchpoints while keeping it unmistakably Connect.
